Alex founded Arctic Valley Construction in 2015, beginning as a siding contractor before expanding into residential construction as a general contractor. Through hard work, dedication, and a commitment to excellence, he has grown the company into a respected builder with more than 75 completed homes throughout Alaska. Alex's passion for quality craftsmanship, thoughtful design, and reliable service is reflected in every project. He believes that building a home is about more than construction, it's about creating a space where families can thrive for years to come. His client-focused approach ensures homeowners feel supported and confident throughout the entire building process. An award-winning builder, Alex also serves as a Director for the Mat-Su Home Builders Association. His dedication to professionalism, innovation, and continuous improvement helps drive Arctic Valley Construction's reputation for delivering exceptional homes and outstanding client experiences.

Outside of Work

He enjoys spending time with his wife & 4 kids. Hunting, fishing & camping are his favorite outdoor activities.

Ana brings a diverse background with more than 10+ years of experience in Native Corporations spanning government contracting, union administration, acquisitions, payroll and accounting. Her career for 6 years in Alaskan tourism management focused on domestic and international recruitment, hiring, benefits, employee relations, managerial development and overall guest satisfaction in various remote lodge locations. As Operations Manager, Ana plays an integral role in guiding clients through the homebuilding process. From project kickoff and design coordination to selections and final completion, she helps ensure each project runs smoothly while providing a positive experience for homeowners every step of the way. Her passion for building strong relationships, attention to detail, and commitment to exceptional client service make her a valued member of the Arctic Valley Construction team.

Outside of Work

Outside of work, Ana enjoys foraging, traveling and exploring Alaska with her two German Shepherds. Participating in book club, listening to podcasts, hosting dinner and spending quality time with friends & family.

Duilio oversees operations, project delivery, and strategic growth at Arctic Valley Construction, ensuring every project is supported by strong planning, clear communication, and disciplined execution. With a background leading complex construction, infrastructure, and operations teams, he is passionate about building efficient systems that allow exceptional craftsmanship and customer service to thrive. He works closely with clients, trade partners, and the AVC team to create a transparent and organized building experience—from the first conversation through final handoff. His focus is simple: deliver quality homes, build lasting relationships, and continuously improve the processes that make both possible.

Outside of Work

Outside of work, Duilio enjoys exploring new technologies, business strategy, and Alaska's outdoors while always looking for better ways to serve clients and strengthen the communities AVC calls home.

About

Mike brings over 20 years of North Slope experience and a wealth of knowledge, a culture of safety and communication and safety to the Arctic Valley Construction team. Since stepping into the Project Manager role in 2020, he has been instrumental in managing job sites, coordinating subcontractors, addressing warranty items, and keeping projects moving efficiently. His attention to detail, strong work ethic and dedication to our clients help ensure each building is completed with the quality and care AVC is known for.

Outside of Work

In his down time, he enjoys RV camping, snowboarding, fitness & mentoring young adults. He is a longtime Alaskan and a dedicated father who puts his heart into everything that he does.
